Job description:
1. Be responsible for the bidding of mechanical and electrical installation works, equipment and materials, review the bidding document, compare the price of the bidding document, and participate in the price negotiation of the contractor;
2. Be responsible for the electromechanical cost estimation of the project and cooperate to complete the calculation of economic benefits;
3. Review the procurement plan of electromechanical installation equipment and materials supplied by the construction unit;
4. Participate in project estimation, budget estimate and budget, and review the budget and settlement of mechanical and electrical installation construction drawings;
5. Be responsible for the implementation of the target cost of electromechanical related aspects, timely analyze and feed back according to the dynamic cost information, and put forward corresponding early warning or adjustment measures.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in building electrical, water supply and drainage, HVAC, automation and other majors;
2. More than three years working experience in cost and contract in related industries, including no less than two years working experience in real estate companies;
3. Be familiar with the professional knowledge of mechanical and electrical disciplines such as strong current, weak current, intellectualization, fire control, water supply and drainage, and be able to independently organize the contract bidding, multi scheme technical and economic demonstration, budget and final settlement of mechanical and electrical engineering;
4. Be familiar with the composition and preparation of contract documents, be familiar with the bidding mode of bill of quantities and comprehensive unit price, and be able to complete the preparation of workload list independently;
5. Be familiar with the general market situation of electromechanical materials and equipment, and be able to conduct volume and price audit accurately;
6. Strong coordination, communication and negotiation skills; Have the whole process electromechanical contract management experience of more than one complete real estate project.
